Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and pre-existing Wave materials remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-owned deliverables and licensing terms are specified in project contracts.

Products

Third-party products such as CartMan Connect (WordPress plugin) and Fluent Parent (mobile app) may have additional terms on their respective download pages or app stores. Product pages on this site are for information only.

Limitation of liability

Governing law
